This policy explains what data we collect on domulabs.com, why, and how you can ask us to delete it.
Who we are
DomuLabs is responsible for the data collected on this site. For any request about your data, write to info@domulabs.com.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we store your email, the setup type you chose, the page language and the sign-up date, together with a record that you agreed to receive emails.
We do not collect your name, address or payment details. Your IP address is only used at the time of the request to prevent abuse, and is not stored.
What we use it for
Only to send you news about the DomuLabs launch: price, date and when orders for the first batch open. We do not sell or share your data for advertising.
Legal basis
Your consent, given when you tick the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Who processes data for us
Vercel (website hosting), Google Firebase (waitlist storage) and Resend (email delivery). These services only process data on our behalf and may be located outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
How long we keep it
We keep your email while you are on the waitlist. If you ask to leave, we delete it.
Cookies
This site does not use cookies or tracking analytics.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or leave the list at any time: write to info@domulabs.com or reply to any of our emails.
If you believe we have mishandled your data, you can complain to your data protection authority (in Portugal, the CNPD at cnpd.pt).
